This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Nexio Labs, Inc.'s AI Decision Assistant known as Nexio (the "Service"). This policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to all users of the Service.

3.5 Privacy Violations

You may not use the Service to:

  • Collect, process, or share personal information without proper consent;

  • Stalk, dox, or invade the privacy of others;

  • Access or attempt to access accounts or data belonging to others;

  • Scrape or harvest data from the Service without authorization; or

  • Share confidential or proprietary information without permission.

3.6 Spam and Abuse

You may not:

  • Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam);

  • Use the Service for automated, excessive, or abusive requests;

  • Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions;

  • Manipulate or game the Service's features or algorithms; or

  • Overwhelm the Service's infrastructure through excessive use.

  • Represent AI-generated advice as coming from qualified professionals.

You may not:

  • Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security features;

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the AI model or algorithms;

  • Use prompt injection or jailbreaking techniques to evade content policies;

  • Attempt to extract training data or proprietary information; or

  • Manipulate the Service to produce prohibited content.

3.10 Unauthorized Access

You may not:

  • Access or attempt to access restricted areas of the Service;

  • Use another user's account without permission;

  • Share your account credentials with others;

  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems; or

  • Interfere with the Service's operation or infrastructure.

4. Appropriate Use Guidelines

4.1 Decision-Making Context

The Service is designed to assist with:

5. Age Restrictions

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and older. If you are between 13-17, you must have parental or guardian consent and supervision.

Users under 13 are prohibited from using the Service.
